I will take every care to ensure that your artwork arrives safely, however, if it has been damaged in transit, please notify me by email within 7 days of receipt. Please keep all original packaging and the artwork, as I will require photos or the return of the product to process your damage claim.

Artwork prices include packaging, shipping and insurance anywhere in the world. This means that larger works (over 20" internationally or over 30" within NZ) will be removed from the frame and shipped as a rolled canvas and the purchaser will be responsible for re-stretching at the destination. If you would prefer to have a large worked shipped on the frame, please contact me for a price for professional packaging and insurance.
